About Us

Founded by Danny Seiden (@breadwinepizza), Tony Colasacco (@incarbzwetrust), and Chris Bracco (@braccobreadco), The Pizza Project is a pizza pop-up showcase currently hosted on Sundays at Montclair Bread Company in Montclair, New Jersey.

What began as an friendly exchange of dough recipes and pizza photos on Instagram quickly grew into a shared dream of bringing their creations to life for the public to enjoy. After helping Chris with his brewery and festival pizza pop-ups in 2024, the trio found themselves energized by each other’s creativity and the possibilities of baking beyond their home kitchens.

Now they’re on a mission to scale up their own creations and showcase the talents of other at-home pizza artisans in hopes of building a vibrant community of pizza makers and pizza lovers.

What sets The Pizza Project apart is a commitment to creativity, community, and quality, with the goal of inspiring and engaging pizza lovers of all kinds. From crispy sourdough New York-style pies to fluffy Detroit squares to charred New Haven slices and more, each pizza tells a story of technique, flavor, and cultural relevance. To us, there is no greater joy than creating and enjoying a delicious slice of pizza with fellow enthusiasts.
